Claudia is a talented architect, a certified passive House designer, and a qualified PAS 2035 retrofit coordination specialist, who successfully combines design creativity with technical pragmatism to shape exemplary projects.  She strives for high-quality solutions and sustainable designs, with a focus on user experience and safety.   Claudia’s expertise range across various project scales and typologies.  She has extensive experience within the housing sector, working on bespoke small-scale new build, conversion and refurbishment projects through to large-scale housing and regeneration schemes for local authorities, housing associations and private clients.   Claudia’s knowledge and experience span all work stages, from inception to construction and completion.  She has a deep understanding of the complexities of designing and managing a range of projects and her eye for detail and dedication to each project are second to none.
