Pete is an award-winning, housing architect, masterplanner, and placemaker, who founded Studio Woodford in 2023. He is passionate about housing of all scales and has extensive experience designing and delivering high complexity brownfield & estate regenerations projects in London, as well as high complexity brown and greenfield sites across the entire south coast. Pete was formerly a Director at BPTW, a housing and masterplan practice in Greenwich, and during his 13 years at the practice was instrumental to numerous high-profile housing and masterplan projects including Parkside in Lewisham and Teviot in Poplar. He also worked across a wide range of highly sensitive projects, including those in conservation areas & world heritage sites such as Creek Road in Greenwich & Avonmore in Hammersmith. Pete has an excellent reputation stemming from his creativity, knowledge, and passion, as well as his highly personable approach. He is a confident communicator, a supportive leader, an imaginative problem solver and a diligent professional.
