Ron is a knowledgeable and tenacious project manager, town planner and urban designer.  He has extensive experience assessing, acquiring, managing, and optimising a wide range of developments, from bespoke homes, through to large scale housing developments, as well as mixed use and commercial projects.    Ron has an excellent track record for navigating complex projects on sensitive sites, which includes securing funding & planning approvals.  He also has a proven track record in delivering profitable design-led developments, where his knowledge of local and national planning policies combined with his ambitious approach to site optimisation are assets.    Ron works closely with the SW architectural team, often playing a role in early site appraisals and feasibility studies – vital stages that SW feel 'set the scene' for the life of the project.  He also Project Manages his own developments, from budget & cost control to programming & management.
