THE DESIGN

Basing Way provides a collection of attractive 1-to 3-bedroom affordable rent homes, over three blocks, in an existing housing estate in Barnet. The buildings seamlessly fit into their context, delivering extensive landscape improvements for the wider estate, opening-up an inaccessible scrubland, and creating a landscaped amenity with new tree planting, nature trails and play equipment.

Basing Way is a BPTW project that Pete Woodford oversaw between 2016-2018 whilst working at BPTW. Pete was pivotal to the concept & detailed design and the management of the design team.
