THE DESIGN
An innovative passivhaus building alongside a green pocket park. The dynamic open courtyard maximises the southern aspect for internal daylighting and passive solar gain. All homes are dual or triple aspect and benefit from a super insulated thermal envelope. The design reduces carbon emissions by 67% by using air source heat pumps, efficient building fabric and blue & green roofs.
