THE DESIGN
A contemporary garden city apartment building that shapes beautiful homes that capitalise on the breathtaking open spaces. The design respects the greenfield setting by embracing the sloping topography, using a modern rural materials palette, and shaping façades that frame views of the new public parks. 85% of homes are dual aspect, whilst all homes would be spacious and well lit.
OUR ROLE
Studio Woodford were appointed by Lavigne Lonsdale, an exceptional Cornish based practice, with in-depth local knowledge of Truro and a catalogue of successful projects across the south coast. Studio Woodford were appointed to explore a landmark housing typology which could optimise sales values and design quality for several end of plot sites overlooking new pocket parks.
