THE DESIGN

Parkside masterplan transforms the former Heathside and Lethbridge estates, creating new homes and a new community centre, all formed around a new central linear park and punctuated by an ecological basin. The community centre sits at the gateway to the masterplan and provides flexible-lettable space that is used by the community and public for a range of events. The scheme delivers attractive, generous & well-connected homes and open spaces in central Lewisham.

Parkside Masterplan is a BPTW project that Pete Woodford led between 2013 and 2021. Pete managed the RIBA 1-3 design and tender process for phases 4, 5 & 6, as well as leading the RIBA 4-6 construction process for phase 4. The design and images remain the copyright property of BPTW.
