THE DESIGN
Prospect Ring transforms an existing estate in Barnet by adding an elegant infill tower that grounds the existing tower blocks, revives the landscaping, rationalises the parking, optimises open spaces and improves the sense of ownership. The new tower is purposefully sculpted to minimise the sunlight & daylight impacts on the adjoining towers as well as control views and privacy. The resulting building is simple, dynamic, and modern, delivering spacious-attractive 1- & 2-bedroom homes to those in need.
