THE DESIGN
Four luxurious 4-bedroom mews houses on an elevated historic coastal site in the harbour town of Porthleven. The proposals draw their character from the existing topography, materiality and building forms, whilst shaping beautiful contemporary houses. All homes have sea views to the south, park views to north, and private gardens with car ports & sea view terraces.
OUR ROLE
Studio Woodford undertook detailed design proposals for the site, with the intention of acquiring and developing the site as both architect and developer. The proposals explore the best way of optimising this small complex site whilst maintaining public sea views from the adjacent park.
