THE DESIGN
Reconfiguration of an existing semi-detached house to create an open plan living-kitchen-dining space, new gym, ground level WC and first floor studio with ensuite. The bespoke internal finishes include shadow gap lighting, hard wood timber floors & herringbone tiling, whilst the exterior facelift transforms the once dreary pebble dash house into a modernist home & workspace.

Studio Woodford undertook detailed and technical design services for an existing building owned by their director. The proposals transform a once unremarkable suburban house, into vibrant modern home.
