THE DESIGN

The Teviot regeneration creates 1,750 homes and a variety of new community buildings, all designed around open spaces and heritage assets. The design embraces the central position of Teviot to Poplar by improving connections, transforming the relationship with the A12 carriageway, and capitalising on assets like Langdon Park & Limehouse Cut. Existing residents have been pivotal to shaping the masterplan by overwhelmingly supporting development at ballot and inputting at resident workshops.

Teviot Masterplan is a BPTW project that Pete Woodford led between March 2021 and March 2023. Pete was pivotal to the masterplan vision, concepts, and detailed design, played a key role in the winning bid and led the internal project throughout.
