The studio was founded by Pete Woodford, a London based architect, housing specialist, masterplanner, and placemaker, with over 17 years’ experience in the housing and masterplanning sectors.

Where & how we work
Whilst we are urbanists at heart and we love working within the City – our work stretches across the UK. Our main ambition is working with people that share our passion to transform the most challenging of sites.
We operate as a digital studio, with team members working from local hubs rather than one centralised studio on a day to day basis. This allows us to be nimble, to service a wider array of UK sites, and to employ the very best team members.
